Austin, TX – The day you complete your orthodontic treatment is a day to celebrate. But, that doesn’t mean your work is complete. Now your job is even more important – retaining that smile you worked so hard for!
At Pure Smiles Orthodontics, we know how hard you’ve worked to get the smile you want and we want to help you keep that gorgeous new smile for the rest of your life. That’s why we have created the Smile Protection Club, a 5 Year Retainer Warranty program! Once enrolled in this program, if you lose your retainer – don’t worry, you’re covered!
Here’s how Smile Protection Club works:
5-Year Retainer Warranty
Get a 5-year warranty on your retainers, ensuring you’re covered for any replacements within this period.
Quarterly Retainer Replacements
Eligible for a new retainer every quarter for free, helping you stay on track with your smile maintenance.
Lost/Damaged Replacement Coverage
Lost or damaged retainer? No problem! Bring your 3D models, and we’ll replace your retainer at no cost.
Low-Cost Model Replacement
Replace your 3D models for just $100 per arch if needed, making sure you’re always prepared for new retainers.
Gift Enrollment Option
Give the gift of a protected smile to a loved one who has recently completed orthodontic treatment.
Non-Patients Can Join
Even if Pure Smiles Orthodontics didn’t do your treatment, you can still enroll in the Smile Protection Club.
After your treatment is complete, we provide you with removable retainers, as well as 3D-printed model(s) of your teeth. Wear your retainer(s) full-time for the first three months after you have completed treatment. Following those initial 3 months, you will only need to wear your retainers at night. However, you will need to wear them every night for life! Your teeth continue to move your entire life, so wearing these retainers will help ensure that your teeth will stay where you want them to be!
That being said, we know that life happens. The dog chews your retainer, or you leave it at the beach, or you leave it in your jeans and it goes through the dryer. If something happens to your retainer(s), we’ve got you covered! If you are a PSO Smile Protection Club member, you are eligible for new retainers once a quarter completely, free of charge, for FIVE years! All you have to do is bring your 3D-printed models to our office so we can create new retainers for you. (If you are not a PSO Smile Protection Club member, you CAN BE, even if we didn’t do your treatment!)
As long as you wear your retainers as directed, and take proper care of both your retainers and models, you’ll be all set. Now, if we need to replace your models, there will be a production fee of $100 per arch.
Smile Protection Club membership lasts for five years, and you can renew your membership at the end of your five years. That means your smile never has to go unprotected.
It’s a great way to protect your investment if you or your child have recently finished treatment.
